About MyCase
Attending court can be confusing and stressful. You may need to meet with lawyers, interpreters and service providers. It can be hard to know how your case is progressing and when you might be called, adding to worry and uncertainty.
We’re trialling a digital solution for cases heard at the Neighbourhood Justice Centre court. Upon arrival, visitors report to the court Registry on level 1, and can register for our “MyCase” application.
You don’t need to download anything. You’ll be provided with a web address, username and password. On your computer, tablet or mobile phone you can see what activities are scheduled, and receive email or SMS reminders when you’re needed. You can also track your case’s progress.
A large display board in the court foyer also provides a summary of progress – much like the ‘arrivals and departures’ board in an airport.
MyCase helps to make your day at the Neighbourhood Justice Centre run smoothly, keeping you informed to reduce the worry.
